Title: *God's Word Is So Pleasant

Title: *God's Word Is So Pleasant

Let's be clear,
It is the fear,
Of the LORD,
That is the beginning
Of knowledge;
A real priviledge.

Fools despise wisdom
And instruction,
Outside of His kingdom;
Thus bringing destruction
Upon themselves.

Be diligent
To present,
Yourself approved
To God as a workman,
Deeply moved,
In every way
You can.

A diligent breed,
Who will heed,
Who does not need
To be ashamed,
Accurately handling
The word of truth.
As like the very
Innocense of youth.

Remain grateful,
Always glad,
And do not add,
To what God
Commands you,
In His clear view.

Also do not
Subtract from it
Even a little bit,
But keep the commands
Of the LORD your God,
That He gives you,
Remaining ever true.

Do your part.
For wisdom will
Enter your heart,
And knowledge will be
Pleasant to your soul,
Keeping you whole.

Like a love bath,
Let His word be a
Lamp to your feet,
And a light
Upon your path,
That your joy
Be forever sweet.

Key Scriptures:-
2 Tim 2:15
Deut 4:2
Pro 1:7
Pro 2:10
Psa 119:105

*Other Helpful Scriptures:-

2 Timothy 4:2-4
Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season;
reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound
doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will
accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own
desires, 4and will turn away their ears from the truth and
will turn aside to myths.

2 Pet 3:18
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Life's journey bursts
With many a flavor
A calm sea does not
Make a skilled sailor.

A broken friendship
May be soldered
But will never be sound.
Don't get caught
Out sneaking around.

Fasten your seat belt
A burden of
One's own choice
Is not felt.

Even where there is
A passionate desire
A burnt child
Dreads the fire.

Be it doctor, lawyer,
Soldier or tailor
A calm sea does not
Make a skilled sailor

A person shows
Their competence when
difficulties arise
Which can often lead
To a pleasant surprise

Families need trust
To stay in sync
A chain is no stronger
Than its weakest link.

Even when operating
At one's very best
A change is as
Good as a rest.

A rule of thumb
A constant guest
is never welcome.

A danger foreseen
Is half avoided
Thus, a pessimist
Is never disappointed

Whether to give
Pleasure or annoy,
A day of sorrow is longer
Than a month of joy.

A drop of ink
May make a million think.
Emotions could be rendered
Blue or tickled pink.

A bad excuse, is better than none
A mother’s work, is never done

A bad penny, always turns up
Dancing like a spinning top.

A hard road, sometimes to travel.
A bad tree, does not yield, good apple.

In the presence of fools
A bad workman, blames his tools.

Fighting the good fights
A barking dog, seldom bites

Remember while stroking your tush
A bird in hand, is worth two in a bush.

A book holds, a house of gold
A genuine story, that needs to be told.

And now, for a million points of light
A black plum, is as sweet, as a white.
